Seems nice if it had all the right parts
Having just moved into a house with insufficient counter and storage space, I thought this kitchen island/cart would alleviate the problem - and it even matches the kitchen cabinets. It arrived promptly, and the individual pieces seemed reasonably solid and not cheesy, as I had feared. Only one (big) problem: one structural piece was missing, and instead there were TWO of another piece that could not substitute for the missing piece. You can't put it together without the missing piece. I called the phone number on the instruction sheet and got a message saying that they weren't there during non-business hours, and that when they WERE there, it would take 3 - 5 days to SHIP the missing part. Since I started to put the thing together on a Friday night, this means that the earliest I can get the part is a week after my aborted try at assembly. I did, however, put together the drawers since those aren't dependent on the missing structural piece. It appears to be reasonably sturdy...
