Will arrive broken!
I was foolishly hoping that my set will arrive unbroken, despite the 2 reviews which said packaging was terrible. I was wrong. It arrived double-boxed, but with no padding or protection (such as bubble wrap, peanuts, etc), and wasn't labeled as "Fragile". It's no surprise that several pieces were broken.
It was a present for my mom's birthday. Now I don't have the time to exchange it, but if I did, I'm sure it would arrive broken again...
