BUYER BEWARE....THIS ITEM AINT AS GREAT AS IT SOUNDS.
HELLO,BUYERS AND READERS LET ME GIVE U LITTLE BACKGROUND ON THIS ITEM. I ORDERED THIS ITEM GOT IT IN OK TIME FRAME UPON GETING IT I HAD PUT IT TOGETHER HAD TO WAIT FOR POPCORN PACKETS UPON GETING THEM IT SEEM TO WORK THE FIRST TIME SOMEWHAT. ON SECOND TIME AND ATTEMPTED THIRD TIME THE KETTLE WOULD GET STUCK AND JAM UP ..ON STIRRING BEING DEFECTIVE. SO I CAN NOT USE THIS ITEM THEN ALSO THIS ITEM SEEMS TO HAVE VERY SMALLER SIZE PLASTIC FRONT COVER WHICH DONT COVER THE WHOLE WAY AROUND IT SO POPCORN WONT TOTALLY STAY IN THE MACHINE SOME DOES FALL OUT. THEN THE PROBLEM NEXT IS I HAD TRIED TO FILE CLAIM TO GET IT RESOLVED WHICH IS IN PROCESS NOW. COMPANY EMAILED ME ASKING ME TO CLOSE THE CLAIM OR THEY NOT HELP ME WHILE CLAIM OPEN THATS THE WHOLE REASON OF CLAIM TO TRY TO FIX PROBLEM AS OF OF RIGHT NOW I GOT A NONE WORKING NEW MACHINE NOT FAIR. ID LIKE IT TO BE FIXED AND USE IT BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO PEOPLE .....
