Scale use caution
This is not the Tor Rey brand scale but a "reasonable facimile" that is NOT "Legal for Trade" certified. I bought one that got me kicked out of a farmers market until I bought a Class III certifiable scale. My scale that was not certified could have been confiscated by the state examiner who came to the market to check that everyone was using certifiable scales, but he let us keep it. It is a great scale and accurate, but we use it only for our own purposes and can't use it if selling produce from our farm. Please not the picture of the scale does not show the traditional red "Tor Rey" emblem at middle bottom of display front. If you need a scale for marketing, don't get this one. If you want a scale for home use, it is great and lasts about 4-6 hours on battery between charges, depending on how constant the battery demand is.
