Very pleased with these pans!
We've been using stainless steel pans for a long time after learning about the poisons in normal non-stick pans. Stainless is so difficult to keep clean! Then I saw the Orgreenic ads and started researching "green" pans. Even though the Green Earth pans are more heavily promoted on Amazon, we chose these pans because they just seemed better built.
And man, we were not disappointed! These pans are phenomenal! Cooking is so much easier, and cleanup is very easy!
All that being said, we've only used them a few times. We'll see how they hold up over the long run. But we do intend to care for them as instructed (hand washing, seasoning, etc.)
If they stop functioning as well in the future, I'll post back. For now, I am extremely happy with my decision to buy these pans!
