The Patagonia is a large capacity 3-tier dish rack made of high quality stainless steel. Unlike our self draining Rohan dish, which needs to be placed next to the sink, this one can be kept anywhere on the counter since it uses a tray to catch water. This tray can be easily slid out from under the frame to discard the water. The Patagonia, with its 3 rack shelves is rather tall and will not fit in the space under cabinets.
The Patagonia dish drainer comes with two sturdy end frames made of rectangular stainless steel tubing. The plate rack is the top most one and takes plates, pots and pans. On its bottom side, it has a built-in wire rack for hanging wine glasses. The middle and bottom racks can be used for tumblers, bowls and pretty much anything you would like to have dried.

This is a nice looking design, however it does not perform the way we had hoped.
It came with slightly warped parts, or perhaps those parts are just off sized or all of the parts are variable enough in size from each other to appear warped after assembly. Those warped parts appear to be the soft metal frame bands around center shelf, which are unfortunately too low to actually support or keep any dishes from falling from the shelf.
We would like to like it, really, but it just does not fit anywhere.
Be aware that the original design specifies this will fit into Euro style cabinets.
It does not fit into or below any of our standard American or Canadian cabinets or cupboards due to the .5" additional height not listed in the description. The description is 20x10.5". Perhaps a Euro measure metric conversion error? It is actually 20.5 x 11. Missed it by thattt much.
If this did fit either under or into a cabinet, we still would not be able to...
