Hongasumi knives are high-grade Kasumi knives. The materials are higherquality and more attention is given during the production process of forging,tempering and finishing.

Money well spent
I run two sushi stores and this is my second knife from Yoshihiro Cutlery because we liked the first purchase a lot. The knife is not heavy but it has the sharpness we need to prepare for sashimi and to cut rolls. They know how to make sushi knives. As they say, it's higher quality knife. The knife helps our work done more efficiently and professionally. It's a good investment and we feel that the money is well spent. It's a very rewarding knife.
