Good knives, just a little dangerous on one handle
These are amazing knives and really sharp. 20 Years ago my husband purchased a set of these knives for me and I have loved them ever since. They sharpen well when needed and are still going strong for me.

NOW, my complaint is: I purchased this set of knives for my mother and father for Christmas and as I was using the butcher knife which is the longest knife I noticed that it wasn't just like my set. The end of the knife that attaches to the handle is not covered all the way and is somewhat sharp since it comes to a point like a corner, my knife is covered and fits in the handle just like all the rest of the knifes. This one to me is very dangerous. I called amazon to exchange them and they graciously said yes and and so I waited and when I got the e-mail it showed a refund minus a restocking fee. NOT what I wanted at all since I thought the one knife was just a mistake from the manufactures. I wanted an exchange, So I call them and they did make it right with me only now...
