Does not work!
We read so much about masticating juicers being superior to their centrifugal counterparts, but this product was a complete disappointment from the beginning.

First, the product didn't come with an instruction manual.

Then, after we figured out how it worked and began feeding fruit/vegetables into it, the juicer kept getting clogged up and produced no juice. Eventually, we determined that the "on" and "reverse" switches were backwards, so the actual "on" switch (labeled "reverse") had to be held down the entire time! (Were this product assembled correctly, you would be able to switch it "on" and it would stay on without the switch having to be held down.)

Once we finally figured out the reversed switch situation, the very small waste port kept getting clogged up. Cleaning this juicer is difficult and time consuming, contrary to the product description.

It took an entire hour to make one six-ounce glass of juice!
