So far, so very good!
Before I go on about how "great!" this machine is, let me just give you a heads up on checking the condition of your package and the contents (EVEN IF the package is in good condition). The package arrived in perfect condition. As I got home and began putting it together I noticed the front legs were uneven. Upon further inspection I found that the Vortex itself looked as if it had been dropped and smushed in the corner about a 1/4 inch. This caused the uneven legs. Everything has since been replaced and tonight I made my first batch. DELICIOUS!!!

The Vortex is my first cotton candy machine and I think it is MAGNIFICENT!! This thing is an eye-catcher. It is very sturdy, wonderfully crafted, and the colors POP! The motor runs smoothly (I thought it would be loud but it's not), it's easy to carry and maneuver, and cranks out floss at a speed I wasn't ready for.
